Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Shoes that show signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return unless they were received in a defective state.

All returns must include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories or tags.

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the shoes back to us.

3. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.


Faulty or Misdescribed Items
